Our contact form
We collect the enquiry type, your name, organisation (optional), email address and message, together with the date, time and IP address of the submission to deal with misuse. Your message reaches our staff as an email and is not stored on this website's server. To prevent repeated submissions, we keep an encrypted value of the connection and the time of sending for up to 24 hours, then delete it.
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and to maintain our relationship with you. We never provide or sell it to outside parties for marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
The contact form uses a cookie that is deleted when you close your browser, to prevent forged submissions. Your choice of light or dark display is saved in your own browser and is never sent to us.
External services
This website uses Google Fonts, provided by Google LLC. When a page is displayed, your device's IP address and similar data are sent to Google LLC.
Your rights
If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information, we will confirm your identity and respond in accordance with Japanese law.
