Tomoe Electro-Communications runs D-RYOKAN accommodation in Tokyo. So that guests who fall ill or get hurt can ask for help in their own language, we are testing COTOWA, a safety system we built ourselves, where our own guests stay.

A safety guidance system for hotels and inns. By scanning a QR code in the building or their room, guests can call for help, find a hospital, show their medical details and translate, all in their own language. No app is needed.
